The monument was designed by the ecuatorian artist Nixon Córdova. It is the place were one of the most important religiuos processions in Latin America took place congregating more than 600 000 people.

San Vicente is a town of the ecuatorian coast, affected  by the 2016 earthquacke were houndres of people lost their houses. The project gave back 180 new houses to the victims, furthermore it improved the town´s infraestructure.

The project aimed to improve the condition for the education in the country of Esmeraldas province and give a safety space to each community to remain during seismic activities

The Electric Company of Quito, in spanish: Empresa Eléctrica Quito (EEQ) needed an Operations Centre to attend the south of the city and in the same space they included an agency for public attention.
